Beach House 2009 | Volume 2

Moving along with volume 2 of the Beach House edition, I try to kick things up a notch.  Standouts include "Stuck With Each Other" by Shontelle (though I would have preferred a duet with maybe Ne-Yo or even Chris Brown over Akon any day), "Heartbreak (Make Me a Dancer)" which needs no introduction, the 2009 update of Haddaway's 90's classic "What Is Love" (for obvious reasons), the smoking HOT "New In Town" by Little Boots (which hasn't reached our shores just yet), Ladyhawke's "Back of the Van" who I'm beginning to appreciate more and more and "If You Want My Love" by Soul Avengerz and Max C an irresistible combination of electro-funk.  Frankly, there's not a bad song here.  Just look at everything else as the super-glue that holds this mix together. I've got more stuff coming down the pike the next couple of days, so I'll do my best to get the third in this BPM series out by the weekend.  Next week, you can count on the Beach House edition going T-Dance to round out your summer fun.  The first three should be more than enough to fill up your holiday parties this 4th of July.
